“Simon — how anyone manages to plan a wedding day and party without him, I honestly don’t know!
From the moment we first contacted him right through to our wedding day, Simon was incredible. His friendly personality, professionalism, and willingness to help with absolutely everything made him an invaluable part of our day.
Our wedding wouldn’t have run nearly as smoothly without him. We booked Holesfoot as our venue, and Simon came highly recommended by the owner — and it’s easy to see why. He knows the grounds inside and out, just like the venue team themselves. If I had known just how helpful he would be, I’d have booked him even sooner.
Simon goes far beyond being just a DJ. He helps with chasing quotes, organising payments, managing music, liaising with suppliers — and truly becomes your personal hype man throughout the day.
We booked the full package with Simon: DJ services for the entire day, including aisle music, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, and the evening party. He worked seamlessly alongside our saxophonist, who joined in to kick off the night, and together they created an unforgettable atmosphere. I can’t thank him enough for making our day so special.
He wasn’t just our DJ — he was our behind-the-scenes hero. He was there first thing in the morning, speaking with the groom and groomsmen, checking in with the registrar, and making sure the bridal party was calm and ready. As master of ceremonies, he kept everything running to schedule and fielded questions from every supplier, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves.
And when the party started — wow. We gave him a brief for the kind of music we wanted, and he absolutely nailed it. I didn’t leave the dance floor once! Everyone was on their feet all night, and so many guests have since told us how unforgettable the music was.

I'll support you and help you plan your entire Wedding, every element, every step of the way.
I’ll help you find your dream venue, source other mega Wedding suppliers and give you my recommendations based on personal experience all while managing the budget!
My years of experience in the Wedding industry have helped me develop this package which is a perfect blend of “support” through planning assistance, “comfort and control” through on the day coordination by hosting/toastmastering and “chaos” by entertaining through awesome DJing!

We'll try and meet and enjoy at least one face to face consultation with coffee and cake, usually at your venue. We'll speak regularly by phone, WhatsApp and FaceTime, especially perfect for non-local or international clients.
We’ll quickly establish a lovely working relationship, you’ll feel assured that your in safe hands, you’ll feel confident that everything will run smoothly, on time and according to plan, and most likely remain friends after the big day!
During the planning phase, i’ll be there to help you navigate the sometimes stressful journey by answering your queries and questions quickly. I’ll help you create an enjoyable and efficient wedding day timeline, ensuring you spend more time doing the things you’ll enjoy the most and busting those lull periods! I’ll help you find and book those rockstar wedding suppliers you’re looking for that are going to help make your day unforgettable.
On the big day, I'll check-in with you nice and early to see how you both are, I'll be your personal “Concierge” and always be on hand to help you with anything you need. I’ll be there to shine shoes, straighten-up those buttonholes and to round-up those guests. I’ll support your venue with coordination assistance as required, be your event host and assume responsibility for all Master of Ceremony/Toastmaster duties, ensuring everything runs properly and without fuss.
I’ll personally and professionally manage your important ceremony music, ensuring your grand bridal entrance is perfect! (Who better to manage this than a DJ?!)
As your Master of Ceremonies / Toastmaster i’ll support and encourage your wedding breakfast speakers and ensure the speeches are enjoyed by all. I’m a great mentor for nervous Grooms!
I’ll assist your other wedding suppliers. I’ll help the Photographer round everyone up for the photos, i’ll help the Caterer with the food service, the venue team with the change around and any other entertainers set-up and perform. I’ll do everything I can to be as helpful and useful as possible, and ensure the timeline is kept on track.
I'll manage ALL your music needs at every stage of the day, and supply all necessary equipment.
Then, at night, I'll host a fabulous evening reception party as your Wedding DJ!

I'll be your Wedding evening reception Host & DJ!
I'll liaise with you by phone, WhatsApp or Zoom and send out some forms for you to complete to get a good feel for your music requirements, including all your guest requests. (I’ll take these on the night too!)
I’ll check-in with your venue and coordinate my arrival, set-up and take-down times, then i’ll manage everything from the cake-cutting, the father and daughter dance, the grand entrance, the first dance, the last dance, and ALL the dance floor shenanigans in-between by using the right equipment to create a brilliant party atmosphere and playing the right music at the right time, to ensure you and your guests are properly entertained!
I’ll use my years of experience to ensure that you and the majority of the guests are entertained for the majority of the time, by playing all killers and no fillers, and guests requests!

My sound and lighting equipment is new, modern, premium and specifically designed for fancy Weddings. I don’t shout “Shabba”, wear Hawaiian shirts or do the Conga, sorry.

The Grasmere ~ from £850
Ok, so you love the sound of my planning and hosting services….but you fancy a BAND?!
(Or a different DJ?!!)….AWKWARD. Actually, no, it’s not, not at all.
It’s no problem….I like bands too and often share the stage or don’t DJ at all, that’s fine, totally cool.
My Grasmere package offers you all the luxury benefits of my Windermere package but without the entertainment, its as simple as that. You may feel that you’d like my support through the planning process and on the day as your Co-ordinator and Host / Toastmaster, but have your heart set on that band, this package is the answer.
I’ll support you (and your entertainers) throughout the whole day and evening, coordinating their set-up and take-down and payment if necessary, the evening food service, problem drunks, taxi’s, and I’ll remain at your celebration until the very last carriage has left.
I’ll ensure that you and your brand new spouse (and your possessions including any children, dogs, gifts and cards full of money!) make it back to your accommodation safely and that the party finishes on time and without incident. I’ll even walk/feed the Dog and get the Alka-Seltzer ready…
